  • The bedroom is a large room with new carpeting and a socket for a TV cable. The house is recently renovated with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a large open plan living area and 2 covered outdoor entertaining areas. The house is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. The backyard is also the home of my little Maltese, who is very old and tends to sleep all day and night, so you probably won’t see her much. She doesn’t come inside the house.
  • You would be living with 3 easygoing people (2 girls, 1 guy) who enjoy each other’s company but also appreciate having their own space. Our schedules are all pretty varied so it’s rare for all of us to be home at the same time. We’re looking for a non-smoker (male or female) that appreciates living in a comfortable, quiet house.
  • If this sounds like the house for you, call/text me and we can organise to show you the house :) Rent is $135/week, with a security bond of $540. Shared electricity and water costs on top of rent. 1 min walk to bus stop, 4 min drive to Australia Fair in Southport, 5 min drive to Griffith University (Parklands campus) or 5 min drive to Gold Coast Hospital.
