SupportTop 4 solutions1. The site did something really weird - like I can't get to the Search page anymore... Empty the cache and delete the flatmates cookie in your browser. That fixes almost all online issues.2. My email login or password doesn't work anymore... Use the forgot password link to get the site to send you your password. This will confirm exactly what your password is, plus it confirms you are using the same email you registered with. 3. OK... I used the "forgot password" but it won't recognise my email address I registered with the site... This can only mean; 1. You used a different email address when you registered - do you have another email you may have used?? Humour me, just test that email in the forgot password link. or 2. You keep mistyping your email when you log in. Deep breathe - log in one more time, s l o w l y. or 3. You mistyped your email when you first registered. It happens. If this is the case, you will need to start again and open a new account - with your correct email. Note: if C is the problem, you won't have ever received any emails from the site. If you have received past emails from the site - check them to see what email address you used. 4. You are getting our site confused with another site. 4. I can't find my own listing The most common cause is you have settings in your saved search that means your own listing isn't being displayed. Set all your search criteria to "no preference" and just search by suburb. You may have to use the "edit" link to open up some of the saved search criteria.
