1. I didn't get the verification email
Open your hotmail/gmail etc account and add a new contact with the email "notifications@flatmates.com.au".
Then Login in to your flatmates account, go to My Account, > then to Messages, > and hit the green "resend" button on the first message.

2. My email login or password doesn't work anymore...
Use the forgot password link to get the site to send you your password.
This will confirm exactly what your password is, plus it confirms you are using the same email you registered with.

This can only mean;
1. You used a different email address when you registered - do you have another email you may have used?? Humour me, just test that email in the forgot password link.
or 2. You keep mistyping your email when you log in. Deep breathe - log in one more time, s l o w l y.
or 3. You mistyped your email when you first registered. It happens. If this is the case, you will need to start again and open a new account - with your correct email. Note: if this is the problem, you won't have ever received any emails from the site. If you have received past emails from the site - check them to see what email address you used.
or 4. You are getting our site (flatmates.com.au) confused with another site.

4. I can't find my own listing
Have you hit the red "Activate" button at the bottom of the Draft Listing page?
Yes -then the most common cause is the property isn't placed accurately on the map. The map location is what determines what suburb your property appears under for searches (not what you typed as the suburb -that's for display only). Login, > go to My Account and go to the > Map view (its the tab at the top). Move the house icon to the correct location. It saves automatically.

5. The site did something really weird - like I can't get to the Search page anymore...
Empty the cache and delete the flatmates cookie in your browser. That fixes almost all online issues.
